About the Position

United Medical Doctors and United Medical Fitness are looking for motivated, compassionate Physical Therapists to join our growing team in Murrieta and Temecula.

Our Murrieta location is a brand-new, approximately 10,000-square-foot multidisciplinary facility designed to bring physical therapy, fitness, wellness, and medical services together under one roof.

We are looking for PTs who want more than a traditional high-volume therapy environment. Our goal is to create a collaborative setting where therapists can focus on quality patient care while working alongside other healthcare and fitness professionals.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. We are open to providing mentorship and support as you transition into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility, strength, and long-term wellness

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, fitness professionals, and other members of our multidisciplinary team

• Help patients transition from rehabilitation into independent exercise and long-term fitness when appropriate

• Maintain excellent patient care and communication

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Experienced PTs and new graduates are welcome to apply
